Hi, I’m Tom, I am 27 and passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their full potential.
I graduated from the University of Worcester in 2021 in sports therapy and have continued to develop my skills in massage therapy, regularly practicing to support people with recovery and rehabilitation.
Alongside this, I enjoy keeping active through the gym and football. I work from Bodycares a couple of evenings a week.
Hi I’m Liz, I trained in 2000 over a period of 3 years to achieve Advanced Sports Therapy Certification.
Additionally completed training in Baby massage, On-site pressure point massage, Ear Candles and basic Counselling certificate, amongst lots of other CPD courses over the years.
Initially I worked with Margaret John at Studley Physiotherapy Centre. As my boys got older I set up clinics at Wildmoor Spa, Arden Medical centre Stratford and Redditch. Since moving back from Portugal I have been working with Bodycares part time 😁
